Daintree & Croc Cruise | $55

From: Cairns, Nt. Beaches & Port Douglas
When: Wednesday & Sunday

2. Daintree River Wildlife Cruise - morning tea
3. Daintree Township (Lunch; BYO or purchase)
4. Mossman Gorge (Walk and/or swim)

Enjoy a scenic drive to Port Douglas, we will arrive there approx 9am. You will have plenty of time to shop etc. before departing midmorning. Next stop is Daintree Cruise Centre for morning tea & Croc Spotting Cruise. Then it's a short drive to Daintree village for lunch (BYO or purchase). After lunch we will take you to the Mossman Gorge where you can walk in the rainforest. You can also swim if conditions are suitable. We depart Mossman Gorge late afternoon. We stop at the Rex Range Lookout and drive through palm Cove on the way back to your accommodation.
We arrive in Cairns approx 6:30pm

Departing Cairns early, we visit Babinda Boulders. Stroll to the viewing platform to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery. Time for a swim too! Next stop is the spectacular Josephine Falls. Bring your camera for this one. We swim here only if it is safe to do so. Your Guide will decide on the day if it is safe to swim. Then we travel onto the Atherton Tablelands via the Palmerston Highway to Millaa Millaa Falls, stopping at Crawford Lookout on the way. We stop for lunch at Millaa Millaa or Malanda (BYO or purchase). As we head into Malanda we will visit the Malanda Environmental Park located on the out-skirts of Malanda. We believe the Rainforest in the park is the only Rainforest on the Tablelands that is original and not logged by the early European settlers. We also visit the famous Curtain Fig Tree. Here the raised platforms give you a great photo opportunity. You will love them both. We will go platypus spotting before arriving at Lake Eacham in the late afternoon. You can enjoy a quiet swim in still water, and/or do some bird spotting or just enjoy a peaceful time here".

Then it is time to go back to Cairns. We will drop you off fairly late at your accommodation at the end of your big adventure with us.

Kuranda & Tablelands | $55

5. The Humpy (Local fruit, veggie & produce shop)

We drive South to the beautiful Mulgrave River valley and then travel up the Gillie's highway towards the Atherton Tablelands, stopping at Crawford's lookout to enjoy the picturesque beauty overlooking the Western face of Mt Bellenden Kerr. We drive onto the Atherton tablelands and visit Lake Barrine,. You can view the giant kauri Pines and enjoy the famous Devonshire Tea (optional). We stop at Lake Eacham before we visit the curtain fig Tree. We drive through Atherton on our way to the Humpy (Local Produce Stall). next stop is Kuranda. You will have plenty of time to look at the markets. Late in the afternoon we visit the Barron River Falls. On the way back we will stop at the Henry Ross Lookout before we take you back to your accommodation in Cairns.
